Alexandrine zijn art-deco-oorbellen met hangende parels en een strakke, symmetrische verticale lijn. Bovenaan zorgt een zirkonia voor een helder lichtpunt, gevolgd door een verbindingsstuk en een druppelvormige zoetwaterparel. De parel is beweeglijk en zwaait zachtjes mee tijdens het lopen, waardoor het gezicht wordt verlicht zonder zwaar aan te voelen. De afwerking bestaat uit een dunne goudlaag; het ontwerp ademt de vroege art deco, met aandacht voor ordening, proporties en heldere vormen.

Story & historical basis

As taste becomes more refined and moves toward Art Deco, many pieces rely less on motifs and more on structure. With Alexandrine, it is easy to see: a defined vertical line, a point of sparkle above, and the pearl below, balanced and free of distractions.

And yet they never feel rigid. The pearl moves with you and softens the line, so they work just as well with an updo and an open neckline as they do with modern looks that call for a well placed glow.
