Exchanges & Refunds within EU
Renaroque.com has a 14-day return policy within EU, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings, for sanitary reasons, custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day cooling off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.

Exchanges & Refunds outside of EU
Due to EU tariff rules for products arriving from outside the EU, Renaroque does not accept exchanges or refunds for orders placed from countries such as USA, Canada, Japan or South Korea that have been returned due to non-payment of customs tariffs for those orders.
