Spain and the European Union
A free shipping option is available for Spain and European Union destinations available on Renaroque.com.
If alternative or express services with an additional charge are available during checkout, the price is shown before the order is confirmed and paid.
Depending on the destination and the order, services from Correos, SEUR, UPS/DPD, or DHL Express may be available. All shipments include tracking.
United States
Shipping to the United States starts at $16. The final shipping cost depends on the value and characteristics of the order and is shown before payment.
Delivery in the United States is made via USPS First-Class, with an estimated transit time of 5 to 12 business days.
For its ordinary commercial shipments to the United States, Renaroque currently uses a DDP arrangement: applicable duties are paid at origin through the contracted logistics procedure.
Other international destinations
Renaroque also ships to Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and South Korea when these destinations are available during checkout. The applicable shipping options and costs are shown before payment.
Outside the European Union, except for the arrangement described for the United States, the recipient may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, or customs handling fees where applicable.
United Kingdom
Renaroque.com does not currently accept direct orders for delivery to the United Kingdom.
UK customers can check product availability through the Renaroque Etsy shop.
Delivery issues
If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, Renaroque handles the issue with the carrier.
In the event of loss or damage during transit, Renaroque refunds the price of the product and the original shipping charges paid, without prejudice to any other rights the customer may have.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, Renaroque will contact the customer to arrange the appropriate reshipment or refund.
If refusal of the shipment, non-payment of import charges, or another action attributable to the recipient causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, only actual, direct, documented, and non-recoverable costs and losses may be taken into account, after deducting any amounts recovered. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
