We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Any orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Weekends and national holidays in Spain are not included and this period may vary during the holiday periods.)

Prices are established at the time of check out and may vary depending on certain promotions or discounts.
STANDARD SHIPPING SPAIN:
Items are shipped by default by Correos through its fastest express parcel service or through the transport company SEUR according to the customer's selection at the time of placing the order.
In any of the two cases the shipments are express with expected delivery within the peninsula between 24 and 72 hours.

Items are shipped by default by Correos with tracking number within EU countries. Your order will be deposited in your mailbox without the need to be present at the time of delivery just like an ordinary letter, but with tracking number and preference in delivery time.

The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.
It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, Renaroque cannot be held responsible for these delays.
All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
Canadian customers please take into consideration that Canadian orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post, it will update again once delivered.
Correos is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.
In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.
In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
