PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Generally, your orders are ready for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after receipt, or even sooner whenever possible.
Important note for customers in the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia & New Zealand
If you are ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, or New Zealand, you can purchase Renaroque pieces through my Etsy shop:
I use Etsy for these destinations because this website cannot currently collect the local taxes required for those countries. Etsy can process them correctly at checkout, making the purchase easier and clearer for you.
This information only applies to the countries listed above.
Orders from EU countries, America (USA & Canada), and Asia (Japan & South Korea) can be placed normally through this website.
1. Estimated delivery times
Standard Shipping within Spain (Peninsula): 1-3 business days.
Standard Shipping within Europe: 3-7 business days.
Standard Shipping US & Canada: 6-12 business days.
Express Shipping within Europe: 1-4 business days.
Express Shipping (Canada): 4-8 business days.
2. Shipping costs
Standard shipping with Correos is free by default for eligible orders placed in the Renaroque online store.
Other shipping options may also be available depending on your country, including SEUR, UPS, DPD, and DHL Express.
Express shipping prices may vary depending on the destination country and postal code
🇪🇸 Spain:
· Correos - Paq. Standard: FREE SHIPPING
· SEUR: Price calculated by the transport company.
🇪🇺 Rest of EU Countries
Excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Austria.
· Correos - Paq Light International: FREE SHIPPING
· UPS / DPD: from €9.95.
· DHL Express: from €12.95.

Some postal codes are considered “remote areas” by DHL Express. In these cases, the shipping cost may be significantly higher.

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid.
No additional import charges upon delivery.
🇨🇦 Canada

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
· DHL Express: from CAD$42.00.
Available for Canada only.

3. Tracking your shipment
Once your order has been entered into our systems, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been prepared, you will also receive a new confirmation that your package has been delivered to the carrier. This last email will include a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery with the carrier at any time.
The delivery times indicated above are estimated times. There may be delays in domestic and international deliveries due to weather conditions or specific sales campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) throughout the year. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.
It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.
Renaroque cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
