Shipping Policy
PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Generally, your orders are ready for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after receipt, or even sooner whenever possible.
Estimated delivery times
· Standard Shipping Spain (Peninsula): 1-3 business days.
· Standard Shipping within Europe: 3-7 business days.
· Express Shipping within Europe: 1-4 business days.
Shipping costs
Orders placed in the Renaroque online store have no shipping costs with Correos by default, but we also work with other well-known transport companies such as: SEUR, UPS, and DHL Express.
In the case of express shipments, the base price you see on this page may vary depending on the country to which the package is being sent.
Spain:
· Correos (Paq. Standard): Free Shipping
· SEUR: 4,74 €.
Rest of Europe:
· Correos (Paq Light International): Free Shipping
· UPS Express: From 6,00 €.
· DHL Express: From 9,00 €.
In all the cases of DHL Express, there are areas considered by this company as "remote areas", which increase extraordinarily the price of the shipment. You can check your zip code here (Downloadable file):
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has been entered into our systems, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been prepared, you will also receive a new confirmation that your package has been delivered to the carrier. This last email will include a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery with the carrier at any time.
The delivery times indicated above are estimated times. There may be delays in domestic and international deliveries due to weather conditions or specific sales campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) throughout the year. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.
It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.
Renaroque cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
