I orderen this necklace along with the flavia earrings last winter and unfortuntely the shipping was extremely delayed on no fault of pablo. he wa wonderful the entire time and when they till had not arrived after a few weeks he offered to resend the package and the da he did they finally arrived and he was so kind and generous to allow me to keep both the original and replacement packages. He also added a pair beautiful earrings to the second package and wrote very sweet notes in both. this s the second time he has done that. the first time was a year ago when there was a problem with a pair of earrings I had ordered, even though I was able to fix it he offered to send me a new pair and even though I refused the next time I ordered a new pair of earrings he gifted me a beautiful ring that wasn´t even on the website yet along with a wonderful note thanking me for being so understanding.
