A historically grounded chain of office inspired by late medieval and early Renaissance civic and guild collars. Articulated construction with real weight, fleur-de-lis and geometric elements, made in small batches in Spain for reenactors who want a piece that sits right and looks the part.

Story & historical basis

From the late Middle Ages onward, chains of office were worn by town officials, guild masters, and ceremonial representatives throughout Europe.
They were not decorative jewelry, but visible markers of public responsibility, worn during proclamations, assemblies, and official acts.

Amadeo reflects this tradition through its weight, repetition, and structured articulation.
The sequence of fleur de lis and square connectors echoes historical civic collars seen in portraits and municipal records.
This piece is designed to be worn in context - not as a costume, but as a historically inspired ceremonial chain.
